    Got screwed over by ShopBack for a Myer purchase. Did everything correctly, tracked initially on the bank bonus and then was rejected later on. The normal cashback was also declined. I didn't return the item, didn't make any changes. Contacted ShopBack and they said, sorry they can't do anything but as gesture of good will, will credit the normal tracking.

      Same… only just returned my items from the Black Friday shopback scam deal, after my dispute was rejected without any concrete reasons given.

    20% with footwear, but with click & collect purchases only… just attempted to purchase shoes, but none are available for click & collect. Brilliant manipulation of the deal where most of the highest cashback rates are technically unattainable… reminds me of the recent Bing Lee "in stock items only" fun, where many items were sudenly marked with a vague stock status that voided the T&Cs.

    I've made multiple purchases with Myer via Shopback and NONE have ever tracked (despite every other retailer always tracking without issues)… If you're lucky, your dispute will settle before the returns window - but I'm tired of fighting them. Won't be buying from Myer via Shopback ever again.

    Thanks everyone for the feedback. I've only done a few Myer purchases via cashback. The cashback rate plus bank bonus is very attractive but I cbf dealing with SB if Myer rejects the cashback. I will be shopping at Myer today but will pay with gift cards and not use cashback. SB hasn't been reliable with their numerous mistakes and non-tracking issues.     Like others, my Black Fri Myer purchases were tracked, but rejected. The bonus Westpac offer was also rejected. No obvious reason why, I followed the rules. Still waiting on shopback support to get back to me.

    Same, I was really disappointed when I bought a rarely discounted item at full RRP and counted on the cashback, which was denied.

    Huge shot in the foot for them IMO

    Don't Myer/SB realise that this sort of behaviour actually puts people off returning for future purchases?
