I had a look but they have pretty much the same benefits, just wondering from people point of view which one is better

Apologies if this is a silly question however can you apply individually, myself and wife, and get the bonus points etc. per card?
Typically yes, sometimes there are exclusions (especially if you are applying from a shared account). But assuming you have a bank account with Citibank (as an example) and your wife has a separate bank account with Citibank, they you should both be able to separately apply for credit cards and accrue points / promotional offers.
Have you tried AI? May be a better starting point than OzB forums…
