Lots of grooves on the side for skin cell collection >_<

Is hard to get excited about mice this expensive when things like the mm731 exist and has been as cheap as $20 before xD

They arent really comparable when that 731 shape along kind of rejects most users grip though?

Theres a reason superlight x sold well. Build quality is another thing and so is having a top end sensor etc.

This is asus' answer to the superlight x, in that regard, I think this price is more than good enough if you want to grab one without waiting for another sale from logi.

I'm using the mm731 and its fantastic with no issues with build quality, unbeatable for its price (can still be gotten for $29). Also, pretty much all sensors as of like a few years ago have been functionally the same.

MM731 is not a very good quality mouse, many people have issues with the scroll encoder becoming faulty. The shape is also not very good for most people like stated above.

Apple vs orange though, Harpe Ace has a comfortable symmetrical shape with a medium-sized hump towards the rear, well-suited for all grip types. And it has incredibly low click latency for serious gamers (1.8-2ms vs 6.3-8.7ms for the MM731) . If people got the Asus ROG Strix Scope II 96 deal on here before, it's a great gaming combo.

I have used the MM731 for a while and switched. It is bulky, right-handed-ergo shape, the thumb buttons are slightly too far forward for my natural grip on this mouse. Feet also very thin, sinks for soft pads and wears out quick on hard pads, after-market feet are recommended for heavy-users. CPI only adjustable by 100 increment. Sensor is also positioned far forward, not central like most other mice. The earlier batches were very bad QC-wise, CM had to make revisions and firmware patches, I think the one I had was one of them. • Had mine for probably 12 months and have been very happy with it.
