    I understand and appreciate you asking this question, however, no, The Wine Collective, we take the privacy act and other legislations extremely seriously and do not spam people with 'cold calls'.

    The business that you are referring to is The Wine Group who trade under several different names including Oak Road Estate and Top Drop. The article below was of a previous instance they were heavily fined for undertaking the same practices you mentioned.
