  @easternculture more isn't better. You should be having 10-30mg per day more regularly for normal health not one for 2 days

    Levels are fine. This was recommended by a GP so i take his advice over yours

    Alternatively they are scored so you could take half tablet a day. So botton line, this isnt really a deal imho
