Not all time low, but still a good price for this Gen 1 speaker. IMHO the most important aspect compared to Gen 2 is that the sound quality is similar. $61 difference from Gen 2 in Black Friday sales. Differences are: AptX and AAC codecs (instead of only SBC), BT 5.3 vs 4.2, a 3-band EQ in the app (instead of no EQ) — thanks @camsmith12.

A good price but should be noted this is the Gen 1 version of the Flex!
Gen 2 is $195 and I believe that is the version with a more realistic RRP of $249.95, as Gen 1 has been at frequently lower pricing in comparison (Gen 1 and Gen 2 on 3xCamels).
What's the difference? Gen 2 has AptX and AAC codecs (instead of only SBC), BT 5.3 (instead of 4.2), a 3-band EQ in the app (instead of no EQ), a slightly tweaked sound, etc. It doesn't seem a huge difference but would be worth checking reviews and comparison sites like this to see if that is worth it to you!
