Cashback terms and exclusions:
- You must empty your TEMU cart prior to clicking/tapping from TopCashback.
- Any orders that are made from outside Australia or that are perceived to be made from outside Australia (ie using a VPN) are ineligible for cashback. This is at the sole discretion of TEMU (not TopCashback).
- Cashback is ineligible on the portion of orders paid with TEMU credit or vouchers.
- New customer rates & offers are limited to one (1) cashback per member.
- Accepting a TEMU best price adjustment after your order has tracked will affect your reported cashback, and in some cases will reduce it significantly or be declined. Please do so at your own discretion. TopCashback has no control over this process.
- Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
- Cashback is ineligible on purchase of gift cards and/or use of gift cards for payment.
- TEMU sale amount and cashback may report a lower amount than expected due to international conversion rates, fees, taxes and other factors determined by TEMU. Please note TopCashback has no control over this process.
- Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
- Always return to TopCashback and click through via the pink cashback button to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.
- Ensure you disable plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole & VPNs prior to clicking/tapping from TopCashback as they will prevent your order from tracking.
- If you cancel / return / exchange / modify your completed order, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.
- Missing cashback claims must be lodged within 100 days of purchase.
Having to do each item individually is annoying, and not what is required with other cashback sites. Does anyone know, if you order 2x or multiples of something. Do you add two claims for that order? because I figured if I calculated it myself it would confuse the system as no item would be on the order at that price, and the order number is for the entire order anyway. What is the correct way to do this? Also, if its per item, does that mean it one item is returned it would not affect the cashback for the entire order? or if price adjustment was used? Theres too many what ifs with temu and cashbacks.
