Haha. The size ranges seem weird. Max 174cms for med which is below average height in Australia. Incidently I am above the large range and am definitely not considered tall.

I plan to ride about 80km - 100km a week on mostly flat terrain (with a pretty big hill right at the end of my commute!). I need fairly solid assistance as I'm not actually looking for a work out since I have a seperate road bike for that.
Any recommendations around the max $1.5k mark?

Nice package for 1k bike in 3 frame sizes. Great city commuter or local hack for generally flat terrain with just 3 speed transmission. Removed from Velectrix website so might be on run out.
Once again, many eBikes without upcoming NSW battery certification, so keep an eye out for similar clearances.
