    • How is warranty for the Roborock?
      Thanks.

  • Tracking already came through for my Everyday Market order in less than an hour. For some reason it seems to be calculating 35% on the post-GST price? Nice bonus if so. (Fingers crossed Gamesmen fulfils the order: surely stock listed on their eBay and main site means all is well…)

  • Anyone tried on the Quest 3 yet? It's 999 at Everyday Market but comes out cheaper than the current Amazon/Meta prices with the 35% cashback.

just made an order now, i'll let you know how it goes (msg me again for an update in case i forget to respond)

soz for getting back so late (looks like the deal is expired now :/ blame shopback lol). it took a while for it to show up at all and i had to contact support about it and they mentioned i should wait at least 2 days before disputing. waited a day and now it shows that i have $350 pending in shopback, so essentially $650 for the quest 3 which is a hella good deal all things considered. figured i'd update for curiosity sake

      • Welp. Thanks anyway. Had to buy on Amazon instead.

Is the EMNEW10 promo code valid for shopback?

  • My Lego Falcon got cancelled: out of stock apparently.

    • Same here. Ordered at 12.30am and thought I got in early.

      • I did get mine yesterday from the $250 cashback few days ago. $750 is a good price I guess

  • Tempted to pull the trigger on the Dreame D10 Plus Robot Vacuum and Mop with Auto Empty Dock $449 with 35% cashback brings it down to $292. Just worried about shopping from MyDeal - anyone had any issues with them?

  • Would the Nintendo Switch Lite - Yellow for around $194.35 be considered a good deal?

Would I get 35% cash-back on gift cards bought on everyday market?

  • I made an order and received the order confirmation last week. And they (wws) cancelled my order now……

  • There're 3 cashback rates on ShopBack page. If I am an existing WW customer and shop in Everyday Market, which rate will be applied? The first one or the last one?

Everyday Market Purchases (Capped at $350) 35%
New Woolworths Customer Purchases (Capped at $30) 30%
Existing Woolworths Customer Purchases (Capped at $30) 5%

    • The rate that says your shopping on market place

  • Very skeptical whether it will track and be paid out, but took the gamble on a ps5 slim disc. Surprisingly has tracked and got the email confirming $235 cash back

    • How long ago did you do this? Seems like they have changed the wording to max $30, unsure whether to go ahead with it.

      • About 3 hours ago, 6pm aedt.
Just checked and you’re right has been updated to $30 max, ouch

      • Scratch that, everyday market is still $350

      • Haven’t changed wording. Just changed what shows for the 1 of 3 options

      • theres two different cashback offers for woolies which can make it confusing. the market place one is the one you want for the 35% cashback

  • Bought a console table. Tracked $99 not too long after.

Anyone know if I can do multiple purchases?

    • +1

Do as many as u want just do each item per order

  • Only if tracked and not rejected and plus members, otherwise wasting time.

  • PS Slim ordered, got up today to order canceled.

  • It tracked twice for the same order but one has $0 tracked, I'm concerned that will be the one they confirm

    • I checked mine and its the same. Though the email I received was for the tracked one with the correct amount and I didn't receive any emails for the $0 amount one, it only shows on the app/website that I have it tracked twice. Is this a common occurrence? I've never used Shopback before so I can't comment on this ever happening to me before.

  • Funny cause there were a number of ATL deals on the few peripherals offered on the market. For instance 2tb ssd for $106.60 after cashback
    https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/1074712110…

  • Spent $500 expecting to get ~$150 back … didn't track. Have put in a claim. If this doesn't get fixed I'm NEVER using Shopback again. There are other reliable cashback companies.

Sick of having to put in missed claims all the time.

    • after a missing cashback claim, mine got tracked for woolworths and not everyday market… so im getting 2% or whatever it is. Safe to say i probably wont be using shopback again (ive said this multiple times and get baited back)

      • that's such a rort! Because the Everyday Market takes you to the Woolies site! My order viewed through the Woolworths site has EM order numbers and it definitely says on my initial order that it's from Everyday Market.

Maybe @gotyourback might be able to help?

  • My Vitamix e310 is being shipped! If the cashback works, should cost me about $399! Pretty stoked

  • my item from marketplace is taking forever to be delivered. Hmmmm. Item is 'tracked' via Shopback but not confirmed yet - hopefully this goes through, but if not I'll be returning the item whenever it may arrive…

    • What did you order? I'm still waiting on my Quest 3, says it was supposed to deliver like 3 days ago. I think at this rate they're gonna cancel the order. I've sent an email to Tristar online to follow up

      • Yep. Q3 from Tristar. Auspost has 'received' it apparently. I've lodged an enquiry via auspost but have nothing. Was estimated to be delivered last Thurs/Fri.
From marketplace the order is 'On it's way' so I believe it has been sent. I suspec Auspost has lost it, or it's held up somewhere in some truck/warehouse with yours.
Shopback tracking is pending confirmation but otherwise tracked.

Going to be extremely frustrated if it doesn't arrive this week as I'm heading off.

Let me know if you hear from Tristar please!

        • Same situation for me with the Quest 3, just lodged an enquiry but Auspost says they won't actually begin the investigation until the 24th

        • +1

They got back to me and this is what they said

          "Greetings!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.

As per your concern, we are currently in contact with Australia Post to investigate the issue further. Once we receive an update from their end, we will promptly inform you and provide the necessary resolution.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out."

Nothing burger atm, actually doubt this is on Auspost if it's happening to multiple people, but I'll keep you guys posted on updates

          • @nekker69: Hmmm interesting. They've obviously lodged the packing information however. Maybe they haven't got around to actually getting them picked up yet.

Oh well not much else we can do at this point.

            • @Thiefsie: False alarm, have not received mine yet, but received the kiwi design halo strap I ordered. Hmmm

              • @Thiefsie: Got an email saying it's arriving today :0 cannot confirm until later tonight tho

                • @nekker69: Fingers crossed it works for you. Was the email from Auspost or Woolies of Tristar? I've got nada :(

                  • @Thiefsie: Got a txt from Auspost and email from Woolies Everyday market, both automatic emails. No response from Tristar tho but don't need one anymore I guess. Hopefully it works out for you, try double checking your tracking number. I can see that it was received yesterday at my local postage center

                    • @nekker69: OK Great - did you receive yours? My tracking has finally updated. I got the same nothing response from Tristar as you - but the shipping has an updated delivery date (Mon-Wed this week) and it's in transit via Auspost apparently, so I do believe it's actually moving now.

Now I just need Shopback to confirm the tracking with Woolies, and of course for it to arrive…

                      • +1

@Thiefsie: oh yeah, sorry forgot to update, it arrived and i had to pick it up at local post office on sat since it required a signature. it's an american import with an extra aus usb c charger, it looked like mine had already been opened previously (?) but it works fine and looks and feels brand new, besides the packaging/box.

                        • @nekker69: Received yesterday. Now I need Shopback to come to the party

  • +4

Worth checking cashback history, my order was originally tracked from Everyday Market but is now showing up as rejected with purchase amount $0. Sent a ticket to Shopback and awaiting reponse now.

    • +2

Seems like Everyday Market is going on a cancelling frenzy on Shopback/TCB deals. Perhaps someone realised that these 30-35% cashback deals weren't feasible?

    • +2

I am in the same boat, have emailed them because the app kept taking me to the virtual bot which was useless..

    • +2

Same issue for me. Raised a case on the 1st of Jan.

    • +2

The same happened with me. Cashback was tracked correctly after the purchase and now they have changed it to $0

    • Hmmm mine says "tracked", yet still confirming with Everyday Market:

Confirming with Everyday Market (Missing Cashback, 29-11-2024, AUD989.00)
We've reviewed your missing Cashback request and are now confirming the details with Everyday Market (Missing Cashback, 29-11-2024, AUD989.00). The current amount is our estimate and may change based on their response. Thanks for your patience.

I started the 'review' way back in early December

      • Any updates? I followed up, but after a single email confirming that they will get back in 7 days I haven't heard a thing.

        • +1

Nada, however it's still part of my 'total' cashback amount pending.

          • @Thiefsie: Appreciate the update. Nothing it showing in mine. I have 2 entries for the same id, one is rejected, the other one is tracked with $0.

        • They rejected mine and said that I violated the Woolworths Online rules by using a promo code which I didn't.. I've now threatened them with taking this to consumer affairs since this is really unfair! Anyone have experience doing this? Not really sure where to begin

  • Small relief that 2 purchases through my partner's account on 9 Oct 2024, they have both been approved.

  • Has anyone received their cashback yet? My purchase from everyday market has about 2 weeks left for the store to confirm before I can redeem the tracked purchase.
