4 nights March 10 - 14 is $1,673 total. ($1523 + $150 cleaning) then down to $1,521 total after discount.
It is incredibly weird why the base rate is only for 2 adults (as stated on the booking page) considering the accommodation is a 3 bedroom cottage. But for a fully interactive holiday with breakfast included and what seems to be exclusive access it's not that bad.

Obviously varies by date, but the two I did for April (not Easter weekend) are slightly more or less than $500 per night, then the cleaning fee & then the additional guest fee. Discount brings it down slightly (10% is a pretty crummy discount) but it's still poor value when there's lots of other offerings in the general SEQ region. There's fk all to do in Samford anyway.

Almost $500 per night & you charge a $150 "cleaning & linen fee" on top of that…Oh and a 2A 2C dummy booking for April 2025 incurred a $240 "additional guest fee".
You are dreammmming at those prices.
