Almost $500 per night & you charge a $150 "cleaning & linen fee" on top of that…Oh and a 2A 2C dummy booking for April 2025 incurred a $240 "additional guest fee".

You are dreammmming at those prices.

This is a website for bargains, not overpriced AirBNBs.

    • You sure?

      4 nights March 10 - 14 is $1,673 total. ($1523 + $150 cleaning) then down to $1,521 total after discount.

It is incredibly weird why the base rate is only for 2 adults (as stated on the booking page) considering the accommodation is a 3 bedroom cottage. But for a fully interactive holiday with breakfast included and what seems to be exclusive access it's not that bad.

      • if it not that bad, feel free to book it

      • Obviously varies by date, but the two I did for April (not Easter weekend) are slightly more or less than $500 per night, then the cleaning fee & then the additional guest fee. Discount brings it down slightly (10% is a pretty crummy discount) but it's still poor value when there's lots of other offerings in the general SEQ region. There's fk all to do in Samford anyway.

        LOL they expired the deal.

"Wake up to the smell of freshly baked bread in the cottage!
We teach you how to use the bread maker so you can make it yourself"

Yeah right, at this price you'd expect a baker on site, or delivery from somewhere local.
