If you get the one with ads they will drive you crazy they are every 7 mins just not worth it at any price point.fyi
Haha. At this point we will all go back to sailing the high seas.
Aye-aye, Captain!
Signed up to this using a VPN.Thx OP. Anyone know if you need to be connected to VPN to watch or one of those you just need VPN to sign up?
Thx
Did it matter your payment method?
Well I only tried one payment method (my AMEX credit card) and it worked fine
AFAIK you need VPN to watch Hulu. The adds are not nearly as bad as the ones you get watching Au commercial TV.
In the past I used Getflix as a DNS provider to just route Hulu DNS requests, which was enough and avoided the need for a full blown VPN that’d run all traffic through it.
do we need to use VPN to watch the hulu? or it will run just like that?>
How much just for the ads? FFS. Paying and still getting ads is a bit much.
I find Hulu quite good. The Disney addon which you can start stop is okay…. I don't typically find Disney Plus very good but occasionally I'll throw it in for a month. Thumbs up for me.
How did people pay for this? I tried to make a PayPal US account but didn't have a US phone number. I tried my AU cards but didn't work ( I don't have AMEX)
AMEX
Also don't have AMEX.. anyone found a way to get it working without AMEX?
I could be wrong, but I thought one could use Disney+ without the VPN in Australia (but Hulu definitely does not work without a VPN/SmartDNS). You would need the VPN to signup for Hulu+Disney+ obviously. Disney+ in Australia has some other things compared to the US version, including shows that are on Hulu.

Hulu needs VPN or SmartDNS. Some VPNs may not even work. Hulu can be tricky. I only speculated about Disney+ since it is a service in many countries (unlike Hulu). That said, I’ve noticed that Paramount+ from AU does not work while travelling in the US.
