Does one go Crazy drinking these?

How on earth does that have a 3.5 health star rating…

      No sugar probably

Makes no sense, what's in it that's actually unhealthy? Its flavoured no sugar water.

      • +3

Artificial sweetener causes some gut problems

        • -1

There is no proof of this.

This annoys me lol they say aspartame could cause certain types of cancer. If they have evidence to this why are they not doing everything they can to figure it out, considering the wide use of aspartame.

          • +3

@creesy: In the meantime, why risk it?

            • +2

@jv: I dont drink "zero" soft drink, but not because of the potential cancer risks associated with it.

A friend of mine, who was an avid Pepsi Max drinker, developed kidney stones, which deterred me from consuming it.

Occasionally, Ill have Red Bull (with sugar) probably once a week or fortnite because I enjoy it. Aside from that its primarily water and, on rare occasions, Diet Rite cordial, which is aspartame-free.

In my opinion, sugar-free beverages can be just as addictive as their full-sugar counterparts. The psychological aspect of knowing that they contain zero calories seems to up the addictive properties for some individuals, because they justify drinking them by equating it to drinking water.

Because health ratings only rate against other items in the same category.

      • Really? Admittedly I have no clue, but would that imply there must be some 5 star soft drink out there ?

          Soda water

          • @DingoBlue: Quite amazing the difference between soda water (5 stars) and lime soda water (2 stars). Sure i would have expected a difference but thats a lot more than i thought…

    That's 10c profit /pack!
I would have take them all if it's close by. lol

How does it taste? like drinking Oreo?

    • +3

      Tastes like vanilla coke tbh

      • +3

        that's not bad.

      • it is a lot sweeter than vanilla coke

Imagine watching someone recycling the cans without opening then

This is the correct OzBargain comment!

These have a foul aftertaste, would not recommend.

    • +6

Well judging by the clearance price, nobody ever recommended this.

      • +8

        Name checks out

    • I actually didn’t mind them to be honest. At this price I’d definitely grab some.

  • +1

Wow. I saw the coke oreos on clearance, would not have envisaged oreo coke 😬

Try them together and you will look like Donald Trump.

Bring everything into your political ideology, that tells your mental status, same as Biden.

        • Doesn't Biden drink fanta?

  • Not even worth 50c

    • +2

      Worth it to me.

    • +1

Technically with the CDL it is still worth it whether you drink it or not.

  • +1

Close to date for diet drinks. Yuck!

  • +2

Whoever is there should buy the whole supply. Free profit. You get 10c a can when selling the can. If there are still 80 boxes left, you'll profit $8 by selling the cans alone.

    • +3

But isn't a person who buys out all the stock supply on a deal called Broden.

  • +3

Thanks OP, went there and got a case of 48 cans, still at least 30 packs there.

  • Happy to report there are still 20 cases of 6pk left.

    • +1

None left. Someone took them all (not me).

      • Broden must have visited the store.
