    After yesterday's phone call, I filled out the form that was sent to me and saw that the points had just been added. It was a bit of a tiring process, but the points were added to my account.

    I have already received my 19x bonus rewards points now. I’ve checked it before this morning and it was not credited yet. Bought the GCs on the 7th and 10th of Dec. Didn’t email, filled up any form or call them to get it.

    Hope you folks get it before Christmas.

    I got mine today without any contact. There wasn't an issue, sometimes bonus points just take time. Banks can be even slower with their promos

      There was definitely an issue! The wrong amount of bonus points were initially credited - they resolved it today by crediting the correct amount of points

        Yeah, for myself, there are 2 credits. The original incorrect one, and then a 2nd one which totals up to the correct amount.
