Can you purchase these if you don't make the 100 cut off? I cannot find any mention of these on their website - only their tarts are shown.

Both the North Ryde and Chatswood stores notoriously have their soft serve machines "not working" all the time in my experience.
The soft serves are delicious but I've gone up to the store 20+ times and managed to buy a soft serve maybe, twice or so… I always end up getting the giant one from Mixue for $2…
This seems like a feature of every soft serve machine worldwide.
