They are labeled new which means they are new, the store sells both new and refurbished units, refurbished units will be labeled refurbished

acer nitro 5 also not really good quality, mine died after about 1.5-2 year of usage

AMD cpus are very good, Intel cpu had some recent issues. Would recommend AMD over intel.
