Great BBQ, pity the discount isn't steeper

Yeah agreed. I've been holding off for months waiting for them to run a promotion. 10% is a little disappointing, but it's BBQ season, so I'll take what I can get now.

Weber q1200n from Weber store but this one allows the BLKFR code to work for and extra $50.

Nice find, that brings the Q1200N cost down to $309.10 with the eBay coupon. Much better!

      • Black is OOS sadly :(

    • Amazing thank you! Almost bought it for $359 until I saw this. Had my eye on one of these for our small courtyard, ahead of the summer holidays.

  • I missed out on the 30% off $299 deal on Friday, so been watching since and picked one up this morning for $309.10 plus a little extra from Shopback.

Sorry for beginner question but which model will be best/enough for first timers for some barbecue in the shaded deck? There is no table as of now so will need the cart as well.

Edit: Just did some reading on Weber website, I guess either Baby Q or Weber Q will be enough to begin with.

For a family of 4 I just use a baby Q with half grill half hot plate. Rarely felt I needed more room. Small enough that I even take it camping with us.
      Plenty on marketplace.

  • Can also get it on Qantas market place for same price.

  • Don't forget to add one of these if you want to connect it to the external gas outlet on your new Caravan/Motorhome https://www.weber.com/AU/en/accessories/smart-barbecuing/fla…

  • Still dont know why the weber kettles are so expensive.. Just the brand name?

  • Another approach - use the 15% off TCN Choice Gift Cards (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/876605).
$350 of TCN Choice = $297.50, then paid the $9.10 difference.
    Total cost: $306.60

    Catches:
    1. The TCN 15% off finishes tonight, so you've only got a few hours to get the cards in-store if you can find any. CAUTION: only applies to fixed value cards.
    2. You can only use one TCN card @ the Weber online store, so to do this it needs to be in a Weber Store. Here's the details from the TCN Website:

To use your gift card online, simply swap it for a Weber voucher. Fill out your details, choose an amount between $20 - $250, and the Weber voucher will be sent to your nominated email address. Once the swap is completed, the selected amount will be deducted from your physical gift card.

*Gift card code can be redeemed at Weber Grill Academy and weber.com.au.

*Limit of 1 gift card code can be used per transaction on the Weber website.

Also: Sky Blue has been discontinued, but there's a brand new dark blue (think Aussie Flag blue). So new, they aren't even advertising it online yet.

    • The new Pacific Blue colour is not released until the 2/12 so no discounts on these.
