The lowest price at the moment. Just a few bucks cheaper than the previous deal - (probably the exchange rate)

Yes it does. I have one since Aug 2023 https://www.westerndigital.com/en-au/products/external-driveā¦
Just bought an xbox x, what's the likelihood of actually needing the expansion storage?
Extremely likely, I have the Seagate 1tb one and a 8tb Hdd. I'd recommend the 2tb if you can afford it.
Depends how much you can handle reinstalling / downloading.
If your Internet isn't terrible, unless you're swapping constantly between a dozen or so AAA big fat multi hundred gig games, you should survive honestly.
We all like having a bunch installed but if you only install what you're actually playing, you should be right. It's hard to give an average game install size these days bc on one hand GTA 5 from 2013's latest rerelease uses nearly 120gb…but Hogwarts Legacy (XB1 version admittedly) is 28gb. But unless you're hot swapping between only the biggest and best games all the time every time, you'll live.
Thanks
IDK who bothered to downvote but the question was genuine.
I bought this a few weeks ago.
Very good. Works well on my XBX.
But the gamepass coupon which came with this product can't be used as you need to register it in Germany. The coupon only works in Germany. You may need to use VPN.
Confirming if these drives can run XSX games ?
