Not the lowest price, but still slightly cheaper than competitors. Cheap sidestick to get into the newly released MSFS 2024 (If you can lol).
Pair with either the Airbus Quadrant or this Logitech one for $99 and you would have a pretty decent experience for about $200.
Ensure you stack with the 10% gift cards.

Note: This sidestick will only work with PC. It will not work with Xbox, and you would need to instead purchase the ThrustMaster TCA Sidestick X Airbus Edition.

Depending on how you feel about the sheningans surrounding the development of this, I'd spend a bit more on the Winwing Ursa Minor to get a proper gimbal. Should be free shipping last I recall.

    • Yup.. it's on sale at the moment. For the extra 10 bucks, well worth it. It's a much nicer unit.

    • Agreed - I used the TCA Sidestick for a while until the Ursa Minor came into the picture, and the difference is night and day. The TCA feels cheap and the gimbal is rubbish. Whilst I don't like the push buttons on the base of the Ursa Minor (they are way too clicky and feel cheap), the gimbal itself is very smooth and gives an excellent feel. It also has a vibration motor for force feedback but I tend to leave that off as it's too noisy and doesn't add much to the experience for me.

    • In your opinion is the Winwing Ursa Minor good enough for casual spaceship games?

You'd want the fighter version, which isn't quite as cheap, but still the best you can get for the money. The next slight step up for basically twice as much is the VKB Gladiator NXT Evo. Which is where the controversy comes in, as it appears that Winwing basically copied the internals of the VKB.

    • Damn I should've done a bit more research before buying a sidestick. I'll probably buy this when I receive my Airbus Sidestick and get bored of it.

    • Do you reckon I should return the airbus sidestick and buy this instead? I've never returned anything from amazon before not sure on the process.

      • Amazon returns are very very easy. Just go into the order history for the purchase and the option is right there. You don't even have to print off a return label, you can just show the post office the code Amazon generates for you and they can print it off.

Though, I do remember when I actually wanted to exchange something damaged in shipping and they just were offering some random completely unrelated things. So had to return for credit, get the item scanned for the refund to show up and then order the same thing again. That was a little bit annoying.

        • Ah okay I understand thanks

  • Hah, thrustmaster.

    • ( ͡~ ͜ʖ ͡°)

      • Wife's Christmas gift sorted

  • What PC games would you play with this?

    • MSFS 2024, XPlane 12, DCS, War Thunder, pretty much any plane simulators.
