TopCashBack had a higher cap @$250 which was slightly better savings, but the current Shopback one seems better than the ebay price from what i can tell. Not sure if i am missing any potential benefit to the ebay price
EB is actually supplying product. Gamesmen is cancelling orders with cashbacks. If you look through the threads you will see Gamesmen cancel the order within 24 hrs then re-list the consol. They will happily supply you any accessories on cashback which is the bait and switch.

quick tip, get the fortnite bundle for the disc version, same price but no delivery free and some in game benefits for fortnite. i paid just under $500 all up factoring in the ebay shopback promo and 4% discounted gift cards from reward getaway
I had the original ps5 which was a few years old so I grabbed the ps5 slim disc for $528 with the 30% eBay discount.
Sold my original ps5 for $500 and the new controller which came with the slim for $65 hahaha
