    Quite a hit or miss I feel.
    Some never had issues for years while others are plagued since day 1.

      That was the logic I used before purchasing my first Razer Naga: surely not everyone can get a bad Razer <product>.

      I was either wrong or supremely unlucky. Neither the original mouse nor its two replacements made it out of the original 12mth warranty period.

      I'm envious of people who never had an issue but I'll never trust Razer again.

  Garbage hardware, made from garbage materials, run by garbage software. But they make all their shit with gawdy lights and packaging. Which is pretty much a license to print money for the gamer market.

      Most of Razer's older stuff (~pre 2022) is mostly crap quality. Their newer gear is quite a lot better but still uses the same crappy software. The Deathadder V3 series, Viper V2 Pro and Viper V3 Pro are excellent mice which I feel are ruined by Synapse.

    Each to their own I think.
    My Razer basilisk ultimate from 2021 is still going strong. The grips have worn a fair bit though, but expected if used daily for a few years. I have nothing to complain about it.

    Similar razer experience, had a couple of razer mice and battery was rubbish so has to run them wired 90% of the time. Have a far better rapoo mouse great sensor lightweight extra buttons on side for a quarter of the cost, rapoo mouse even wireless charges through the mouse pad so never has been plugged in

  basilisk v3 is amazing, had it since release but never updated synapse since due to bad reports. no issues ive come across.

  Interesting they have all these variants of the Naga these days.. V2 Pro, V2 "normal".. I am still using my Naga Trinity from a couple of years ago. Really is it that much different?
