        Yeah. It is spotless and you couldn't tell - only had two cooks as mentioned. And everything is packed back the way it came out of the store. Actually, when I bought it, the box was already opened (clearly by shopper in store) as it was the last one left. I will be telling them it has been used and the reason being that it doesn't work as well as expected.

        While it may not sound right to everyone, how else was I supposed to find out if it is suitable product without cooking at least once? Returning under the 60 days Money Back Guarantee.

          Not sure why I'm being downvoted, but hey, it's Ozbargain.
          As I said above, I'm being honest and will be telling them I've used it twice and it hasn't preformed as expected.

          BTW, good luck to peeps still waiting for order collection/shipping confirmation (been there done that - and missed out many times myself).

      The main differences between the two models seem to be the power output 2000w v 1700 w for the 2000 series. The 2000 series model has a window in its basket so you can observe the food.

    The Woolworths Market order I placed - from 7:30 this morning - took a while but now has a tracking number and an "on its way" status. And TCB tracked earlier as well. Woohoo!

    Hopefully this unit turns out to be as reliable as the [almost 10 years old] Philips HD9230 it will be replacing!

    I ordered one last night, and picked up this morning at Big W phoenix park, WA. After I placed the order, there was no stock within Perth, so I thought I was lucky. When I picked it up at the store, there was a full pallet of it on the floor. If you are in Perth and want one, just visit your local shop or you can even make a call to ask in advance.

    Yesterday I missed the Woolworths Cashback as it was OOS there but I decided to order one anyway as the price was still good AFAIK (low enough to give it a try). A Big W about 15 mins away had stock so I click and collected, order was ready to pick up quite quick. I failed to notice a $10 off voucher for signing up to Big W before I made the purchase. And I neglected to make sure cashback was tracking although it was only about $2 at most.
    A bit shocked at the lack of included documentation, even the quick start guide available online barely tells you anything. Would be nice to be saved the time of working out how the menu system works.
