Once you add the gas burner and peel it works out to be similar if not more than the Roccbox

honestly looked at this, but with 15mm vs the 20mm from the Gozney, this wouldnt retain heat as well either

  Agree on the peel but theirs is over priced. There's dozens of much better priced ones on Amazon, no experience with which one is good though. I don't plan on using gas so hopefully it works well!

It sucks. Fuel & temp management is challenging. Then if you add the gas burner, the flame shoots forward directly over the pizza and burns it quicker even at lowest setting.
Plus by the time you add the expensive gas burner you might as well get a Roccbox with included peel (which is pretty good). Plus the flame shoots upwards.
Pizza ovens are widely available now. I saw one at Aldi with a rotating stone.
