      How do LG TVs compare to Samsung on telemetry? The Samsung in my house contacts something like 27 websites unrelated to delivering streaming content.

      Well, reviews go for the S90D by a nose, but it is always personal taste, I picked the C4 over the S90D.

      Differences in colour, and Dolby vision.

      Ask Samsung Store chat reps for a discount code for the more expensive "larger size" use those codes on the TV you want..

          No, I asked for a discount via the live chat asking if there was a way to reduce the price. Although I wanted to purchase the S95D 65" and it was out of stock the rep was trying to sell me the 77" I said out of price range. either way just ask chat and see how you go, cant hurt. For this reason I never posted it as a "deal"

    I have the old LG C1 working fine, but if there is a deal wouldn't mind upgrading just not sure if its worth it and to which one the Samsung or c4, for gaming watching netfix.

        I got a 83" G4 for $6400 from HN during the EOFY sales. Amazing TV. Don't regret spending the extra money at all. Excellent for watching F1, 4K movies and video games. The G series looks so much better on the wall too.

    Anyone looking to buy a TV now I would recommend waiting for Boxing day, you might be able to get G4 for this price. I bought G3 65 last year for $2888, the only catch was the JB guy asked me to add another product, I wanted a Apple TV anyway…

      That was the diff in June sales. Even with the soundbar bundle back then. The G4 gets a bigger discount.

      I think the cheapest back then for the C4 was about $2800 something, but $3300 something with the SC9S soundbar.

          It doesn’t on the website but if you walk in and haggle you will be able to get the G4 for under 3k.

          I checked with JB, if you purchase it today and if the price falls within 2 weeks, they will refund the difference if you claim. However, if they have bundle it with other product say soundbar, you will miss out.

          If you are only worried about price drop, get it today and visit the store on Friday to get the refund.

    What's the deal with pick up from store, do you get the $2768 price (with coupon) and no extra for delivery to the store? My regional store (an hour west of Melbourne) says 'phone for stock levels' which historically means they don't have them right now.

    Alternatively, will JB match the $2768 price, I find them better to deal with anyway, hate the price games and cash back merry-go-round with GG?

        Thanks. My challenge is Appliances central delivery to near me is another $91 which puts it over GG (I’d have to use a friends address and go pick it up as they don’t deliver to my house)

        I tried ordering through eBay for GG and there is no option for store pickup at all. 🤷‍♂️

        Guess I’ll get on JB chat tomorrow and see what they can do

        36 months - they have 10% back atm over $250 on most of their website for what looks to be tvs, fridges, computers and small appliances.
        I actually ended up with another $74 dollar gift card because they have 10% back in gift cards on soundbars too in addition to the overall purchase.
        so $408 in gift cards, I thought it was a solid offer.

    Guys, whats the expected price of LG C4 65 on black friday or day before based on your experience on buying during this time. Is the sale same on thursday and Friday or is Friday special.
    I am guessing if I choose to buy on Friday, they might run out of stock and I might have to wait for longer.
    What is your experience on this ?
