Yes. You cannot download google drive and are forced to use the website version.
Can this handle small games like Wuthering Wave?
I wouldn't count on Snapdragon running any game unless you look it up and confirm first. It's an incredibly unreliable chip by all accounts and at this price, I'd just go an ultra 5/7 or AMD's 8840hs.
