      this was after people said they couldnt buy online…

      i thought why not give it a try the worse they could say was no… as i could still use the coupon on the ipad once anyway…

      When they asked me when i wanted to purchase the gift card i said there is no terms and conditions on the promotion, normally they do have it even if its in really small print… they took the paper to their manager in a back office… for quite awhile… came back and said manager is calling their customer hotline… another 5 minutes… comes out with a scribbled piece of a paper with instructions how to override the point-of-sale system… she finally gave up after attempting for 5 minutes then told me to go see the customer service desk in the other building… i said only if you call them up and tell them my situation first…looks like they got told to try again… so she did and eventually got it to work.. from what she said looks like they refund money the $10 discount part to the gift card.. then sell you the actual price you pay and add it to the gift card

  I had to inform, someone opened up the cellophane wrap my delivered copy of the Herald Sun was in, removed the voucher and then wrapped it back up.
