  • Do do you know which store use Auspost for delivery, not Fast horse?

I have these. Don’t expect much. Great for the little kids but can’t really play a serious game on these.

  • They have these on Amazon for around $20.
One of the reviews said the 6000 games is a lie and it’s much less and many of those are doubles. Might only last a few months too. Good stocking filler?

Yep, these are trash. Spend more to get something better.

If your budget is really tight, I wouldn't go anything less than an R36S, which can be picked up for ~$40 on Aliexpress. But I'd recommend spending closer to $100 on an Anbernic, Retroid or Miyoo device.

  • I have one very similar, I played it for 5min, now it's in a draw waiting to become landfill… :\

  • Save your money, but a miyoo or anbernic equivalent.

$40-$75 is the sweet spot for these handheld emulators

I have a miyoo mini plus, I play it more than my gaming PC nowadays, plays everything up to PS1 really well, and since recent updates I can also play DS.

    • do these emulators come with the games? or do i have to install them?

      • Most of them come with them….however I would advise against using an SD card from China that comes with these devices. I would recommend buying an SD card, then loading games on yourself

      • The one in this deal should have the standard 6000 games across arcade, GB/C/A, S/NES, and Mega Drive.

Don't worry about the memory card. Some consoles, like the R36S in particular are absolutely hopeless but I've had a GB300 with its original card and games going strong and untouched beside adding some more games for a good 6 months, no issues.

If you can't be stuffed downloading games you can always copy the ones you like off this one for future use too.

    • I’m happy with with Miyoo mini plus after trying a few. It doesn’t have analogue sticks so everything upto ps1 has these controls. I’ve found this to be a big plus as I’m playing many more puzzle games and really liking it.

  • Comment to Mods - updated price is incorrect. I paid original quoted price of $9.69 + tax. Not sure of the exact tax as had other items in cart.

    • What was the final total in your 'My Order' Summary?

I just checked with a new account, and the final price was A$11.99

      • As I stated I had other items in cart but the item amount was $9.69.

        • As you can see from the screenshot above, the final total was A$9.69 + A$2.30 Tax = A$11.99.

          • @RichardL: Did you set location to Australia? Taxes are different if you leave it as USA.

            • @newxr: Yes, location was set to Australia (even though it's higher than 10% GST).

The price in the title has been confirmed by another moderator, so will remain.

These can always be got for less. I got my first one delivered a while back for a bit under 5 bucks. Wouldn't pay a penny over 10 as an existing user. (Edit: by which I mean with an existing Ali account, as someone who's used the machine it's well worth 10 bucks)

Cool little unit. If you put the multi core CFW on it (https://retromods.pl/blog/gb300-setup/) you can play ports of Doom and some other games, it also greatly improves SNES and GBA performance on most games.

Out the gate without modifying anything there's thousands of games and NES/GB/GBC/MD all run more or less flawless, SNES and GBA are a bit more hit and miss but for less than a big mac, can't go wrong really.
