I have been flying with a tiny Victorinox knife for yonkies, I don't even think of it as knife and it's been through dozens and dozens of airport screenings without raising any eyebrows
until one day they stopped me in Qatar and called me a terrorist lol
but I managed to convince them that it's not more dangerous than the cutlery they hand out on board. wasn't easy I tell ya lol
they let me keep it, but JIC I have since removed it from my travel bag

I had something similar and it didn’t help. I even wore it as necklace for the ultimate protection and that still didn’t work. Although, I wore a top hat instead of a fedora so maybe that’s why it didn’t work?
