  I’ve just come back from Thailand and Vietnam and I’ve used this guys, I honestly cannot fault them.
  Obviously it’s cheaper to get a SIM card when you get to the country, but it’s hard to beat the convenience of being able to activate it and have data as soon as the plane lands, also, not needing to swap SIM cards when you’re visiting multiple cards is a plus.

  Hope other enjou it, but i prefer using airalo than this. I am stuck for more than an hour in Philippines airport last time just to try activating their esim. Decide to use airalo which is more expensive but more reliable.
  No refund offer, got discount offer but not hearing anything after that. Still not going to use the discount if i got it tho.

      You did indeed offer replacement esim but that also not working. That's the reason dont bother to reply anymore. I can show you the whole chat if you want.

      I am not sure how your esims work but probably it's better to have other provider in case your main telco provider is not working. Not promoting airalo, but i got the connection in less than 3 minutes. And can get out from the airport asap

        We reviewed the chat again and upon checking the eSIM replacement was with the same provider without knowing there was an outage which did not work (this is our bad). We did reply afterwards offering an eSIM replacement with a different provider or a full refund, before confirming later than the original eSIM should work after the "outage was resolved"

        We did not receive any response after this and we were unaware whether you tried the original eSIM. However we hope you understand we did offer a full refund. The order has now been refunded.

        Hope this resolve the query and as we said earlier we love to have another chance to prove that our eSIMs are 100% seamless (i.e. it should connect within minutes) except in rare cases such as this one. Apologies again.

          I am indeed not replying because of the disappointment. It will be a disaster if i got a late night arrival and shitty wifi at the airport. Luckily your Whatsapp representative give a fast response
          and trying to help which i really appreciate it.

  Was hoping you could assist with my query.

  Planning on going to both South Korea and Japan in January - Feb. This is within the 90 activation period although wanted to confirm that the for use within 30 days is outside of the 90 day initial activation period? I.e can i activate this product on the 89th day and use it for 30 days from that point?

  For convenience this seems to be the best product - https://www.travelkon.com.au/product/asia-esim-10-countries-… without having to activate a second e-sim. This product page does not explicitly state that the product needs to be activated within 90 days of purchase. Could you please confirm how this works? and would the switch between countries occur automatically?

    Yes you can activate on 89th day and use 30 days from that date.

    The Asia 10 (Includes Japan) has an expiry date of until 2026 so it does not have the 90 days requirement -> once you switch countries it will work automatically
