        I have a fairly recent Sony, but the FireCube still kicks its backside, then upscaling is also better.
        The main reason I prefer the FireCube is the dedicated buttons on the remote. Wife/family approved. It drives all other devices, home theatre ect.

  Ive often had issues streaming HD films on plex to Samsung tv plex app.
