Android on e-ink can be smudgy because of the animations (which you can disable; but lots of manufacturers forget to).
These Kobo's are brilliant out of the box anyway, I've loved my H2O since the day I got it.
Plenty of apps on Google play specifically for e-ink, including launches, readers and so on.
Unfortunately, this is not brilliant for me as it does not allow to install Android apps :(
(E.g. the online book store we have free account for has only Android app, also different RSS readers, pocket and just much more configurable book readers that available on Android)
But it is just personal opinion, of course
Looks good, but I am hopeful for a better deal on black friday. Fingers crossed.
The Kobo Clara Black and White for $211.82 with same code is pretty good too.
If only it had Android :(
