  • Thanks for posting. Grabbed a pair - will be interesting to see how they stack up against my XM4s as my partner needs some for an upcoming trip. The 10% off coupon seems to be removed just after I purchased however.

    • A lot of the time the codes are 1 per account on Amazon. I forgot to mention that there's some customised EQ settings from someone if you're not happy with the bass.

Oh this is great - thanks for this. I had to EQ my XM4s a heap to get them to OK as they're so bass heavy.

  • Hows call quality and will it block people talking at background during teams app meeting?
Also, has multi points and is it working well? (Quick switching)

I've been using this for a few weeks now, and have been pleasantly surprised by the sound quality and battery life. They don't sound nearly as good as wired headphones, but I think they're on par from what I remember Bose and Sony's offerings being like. The noise cancelling is nowhere near as good though, but still does a reasonably enough job especially if you're playing sound through them as well. You can also turn off noise cancelling very easily for people who aren't interested in it, or find it uncomfortable. The one issue I have run into is that the hinges do creak a bit here and there, and it can be a bit distracting. At ~3x the price, you could get better sound quality and significantly better build quality with the Sennheiser Momentum 4 on sale, which I may end up doing - but at this price, its great value.

jv was wearing a crown earlier so I had to copy her.

      • If jv truly is a woman, she is an extremely salty one.

        • "If" lol I don't think she'd be too happy to read that!

  • How come it's showing up as $116.99?

    • looks like the 20% code is gone

  • 20% off code still worked for me, it came up automatically for me in the Amazon app. Thanks OP

these are back in stock it seems - with the codes reactivated

i bought them during the last sale and am thrilled with them - they are excellent for playing flac files off your phone with the ANC on and the LDAC codec selected

plenty of eq options available but i found the ASR eq settings from page 3 of the following thread to be the best starting point for a flat frequency response -

    https://www.audiosciencereview.com/forum/index.php?threads/1…

great audio bargain here for sure

for phone calls I can hear loud and clear - but when i ask people on the other end of the line to listen to the quality of my voice they said that my voice sounded overly digitally processed when i had the ANC turned on in windy conditions - i'm not sure how this compares to other bluetooth headphones

but comparing the sound for music to other wired headphones i can say they are a no brainer with the right eq settings

  • Well, I was going to wait for the Anker Space One Pros to drop to an acceptable level, or wait for the cheaper Anker Space One / Q45s to drop even more than their ~$130 discounted prices… At $90 I've bitten for LDAC and huge battery life replacing some old Sony WH-1000XM2 that were breaking apart.

If these sound almost identical to the Space One / Q45s and do a similar job with the ANC then I think I'll be pretty damn happy for the price!

  • Hi All,
was wondering which one you'd guys pick and why.
The one posted for $90.99 or the following for $89.99 Promo code 0UTWL1SS, as I think Anker soundcore is a good brand? Thx in advance.

    • Looks like you just missed out on the Anker Q45 or Space One for about the same price of $135 … I would wait until Black Friday, or bite with these and save the $60

  • Only working for the black model: (20% discount)

    • I am officially not recommending this product due to my recent experience. I.e. NC button doesn't click right and the app doesn't find the phone. So, while the former could be bad luck in quality control but the latter is not excusable when so many people were giving 1 star reviews.

      • I connected the headphone to mobile (Android) via Bluetooth in the phone's system, and then once I opened the 1more app back up, headphone instantly there.

Also, there are two 1more apps in the Google Play Store - the older one was last updated in January 2024.

The one you want was updated recently, works fine.

        • Well, I am returning it anyway. The NC button not working is not even worth any discounts. 1MORE MUSIC is the app you are referring to https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.onemore.li… ?

          • @samkenny: Sorry to hear about the NC button. For what it's worth, my NC button is fine and clicks like a normal button should

I've only played with them for about day, and for what it's worth I think they're pretty good - seem on par with the Soundcore Q45s and are a hell of a lot cheaper.

Battery life is huge, and the sound is better than I thought it would be, and I haven't tweaked it yet.

The only weird thing about them to me is the button placement - the power button is weirdly placed for example - and I think the volume steps are too big.

For me they've adequately replaced my ancient WH1000XM2s

            • @Droz: I had noticed the button placements were strange but it is still worth having than swipes. Have you noticed when you press the button, the hollow plastic click travels into your ear? That might be the reason for removing it on other higher-end models.

              • @samkenny: Yeah, the sounds the buttons make aren't "premium" at all, but I'm sure I'll survive.

I don't hate the swipes on the 1000XM2s to be honest, and loved the "quick" transparency mode stuff you could do by floating your hand over your ear. I'm fine with physical buttons (or using the phone's volume) or the app itself.

Oh, and to answer your earlier question, the app that was updated more recently is just called 1MORE and lives here - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.onemore.co…

1MORE Music is the older one.

            • @Droz: seem on par with the Soundcore Q45s

Wow.. on par in sound? Not NC i think? Bose is good during my last month flght but only after 20mins or so i got this air pressure feeling thing on my ear

              • +1

@CyberMurning: Yeah, sounded similar in sound and ANC to the space one and Q45 - I'll compare in a more detailed way against my mate's once he gets back from overseas with the Q45s
