This means you need to buy 4 items. The first two are full price, the second two (the 2 cheapest items) are $1 each.

I think these items cost around $3.50-$4. So 4 items will cost $3.50 + $3.50 + $1 + $1 = $9.

I checked this out last night, items were $5 each so came out to 4 for $11. Worse than the 4 for $9. I just wanted cheap pods, so if anyone sees them for less than $2.50 a pack let me know please!

  yep, they've removed the "4 for $9" and replaced it with something more confusing and expensive.
