Everyday Market from Woolworths: 35% Cashback (Capped at $200 Per Member) @ TopCashback AU

954

A 35% cashback increase at Woolies Everyday Market with a $200 cap per member. Hopefully there's some good Lego and console deals to be found.

What will stop me getting my cashback

  • Cashback for Everyday Market from Woolworths is eligible only on items that display the orange Everyday Market logo and "sold by" branding. Cashback is ineligible on any grocery items, packaging, tobacco, and delivery subscriptions.
  • Any orders made from outside Australia or perceived to be made from outside Australia (ie. using a VPN) will have cashback declined. This is at the discretion of Woolworths (not TopCashback).
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchase of gift cards and/or use of gift cards for payment.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

What else is essential

  • Purchases made through 'Everyday Market from Woolworths' will register in your TopCashback account as 'Woolworths Groceries'.
  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • Always return to TopCashback and click through via the pink cashback button to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.

Good to know

  • Ensure you disable plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole & VPNs prior to clicking/tapping from TopCashback as they will prevent your order from tracking.
  • If you cancel / return / exchange / modify your completed order, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.

While this is true for many items that are sold on other sites as well, what I’m looking at is significantly cheaper after cashback here than it is on other websites even with their cashback and gift card discounts etc

Agreed - just think it's pretty dodgy with Mydeal being owned by Woolworths themselves. The price still is better than purchasing through MyDeal, however, the discrepancy almost feels planned given the shared ownership.

Still, I guess I can spin this to a win with price protection and acting as a customer who happens to notice after the fact.

        • I’m sure WW justify it as some sort of sales commission thing, but when it’s MyDeal or Big W (both of which are also owned by WW Group) then the commission, if any, should be already factored into the price

Where did you come across the price protection? It’s not listed on anything I’m looking at (which are excluded from free 30 day returns if that affects it?)

          • @linkindan: As in Credit Card/28 Degrees Card.

            My plan would be roughly

            • buy at the inflated price
            • get the extra cashback
            • Claim Price Protection
            • Have a bit of a whinge to Woolworths/MyDeal

Interestingly, products appear to be priced the same as on MyDeal through "BigW market."

            • @ihfree: Ah right, I don’t have any credit cards so that doesn’t help me aha

Had a look on MyDeal and found one of the items I’m looking at significantly cheaper… even with GST being excluded, a 30% or so cashback offer on MyDeal would make it much cheaper again… Seeing as it’s just Christmas gifts for my parents I could just hold out and text them a picture of it on Christmas Day and say it’ll come soon aha (literally not the first time I’ve done it aha)

              • @linkindan: Well, it's a win-win in some regards as it results in a higher cashback. I've bought an item at an inflated price and have documented evidence of it being cheaper for price protection. Not too bad a price after rewards points, etc.

I've sent a email to MyDeal to ask for the reason for this difference - will see what they say.

Does this Everyday Extra bonus cancel out the cashback?

Everyday Extra isn’t valid on Marketplace items; and even if it were, the coupon code isn’t listed

      • Thanks! Bit cheeky as it showed up when I added a Marketplace item into the cart

  • What are you all buying?

When is mydeal going to have huge cashback again. Because everyday market seems to have terrible tracking.

  • Can use EDR dollars as part payment?

    • +1

I paid by $10 off code & EDR$ in last run, it was tracked & turned to confirmed.

think the only tricky should be Gift card, I did have a lesson.

      • Thank you

  • When I click on the 35% icon on topcashback is it meant to redirect me to Woolworths? At the moment it just brings up a popup saying "We've recorded your visit". Closing down this popup takes me back to topcashback

    • +1

Yes that's normal. There's an everyday market section and when searching you can filter results by everyday market items only.

      • Thanks. So as long as I logged into topcashback and in Woolworths it will auto track the cashback?

In shopback clicking on a link off shopback opens up the stores site.

New to topcashback and just want to make sure I am doing the right thing as its different to shopback.

Hi. No, it’s meant to open another tab with the Everyday Market landing page. This member had the same issue, and not sure why. Please have a read and perhaps try a different browser:

  • I am thinking about getting this one if it works out sub $300 delivered.

Otherwise, I might just get one from IKEA.

    Any suggestions? Thanks a lot

At $300 that's actually a pretty good deal for dual motor, not sure about the quality of oikiture though. I was going to suggest Lazy Maison which is pretty good at $300-ish

Tried a Kobo again (last time a different seller gave me the run around and then an eventual refund weeks later after I chased up) and had the order cancelled by EOB. Negging for the third party seller issues I've experienced with both purchases I've made from EM during these deals.

  • Successfully tracked going from TCB app to Woolworths website.

  • woolies and top cashback.. never again… 2 months + and still havent received mine, ,multiple emails being ignored..

    • +1

So you submitted a cashback claim? What's the status? Chances are it's still under investigation.

  • Anyone still not having their purchase tracked? Mine is only showing in 'Clicks to Merchants' as 'Woolworths Groceries' but hasn't showed as tracked. I know it says it can take up to 7 days, just wondering if others had it appear straight away.

    • Mine tracked the same day.
