Don't need one but bought one….

    Thanks OP.

    • +2

me too. what can i use this for? is this a mega power bank

      • +1

Classic ozbargain. Buy now, ask questions later.

    • They must have read my comment about not needing one therefore cancelled it 😂

  • you could make a great ebike battery from these

    • I thought most ebike batteries running higher voltage than 12V?

      • Newest surron runs 72V

      • Run them in series

        • modern problems require modern solutions

    • So this alledgedly delivers 36 amps at 12v for one hr.

Flip it, as an ebike is 36v (at least) which makes it 12Ah.

Looks way too small for that?

      • would be 36Ah

        • At 12v….it's 36Ah, but not delivering 36v.

I'd bet my left nut it isn't close to it's rating anyway. If it was, they won't be honouring the deal.

Also worth mentioning the cells need to be able to deliver around 10amps. A power bank cell would likely collapse under that load.

          • @tunzafun001: Connecting three 12-volt batteries in series increases the voltage to 36 volts, but the amperage remains the same

or harvest the cells and build a new battery.

            • @shap08: Yes but those three 12 volt batteries in parallel gives you 3x the amp hours… It's 12Ah if you get it to 36v, because watt hours are what determines a batteries capacity. Remember P = I R

              • @TheNachoman180: 12Ah in one battery and 36Ah in 3 batteries?

                • @shap08: He's not talking about 3 batteries he's talking about making one 36v battery out of the cells from the 12v 36ah pack, which would equal 12ah at 36v.

                  • @TheNachoman180: oh that's the confusion…. I am talking about three batteries

      • Alledgedly stated where?
It states its max output is 25a peak
So could prob do 3 hours of 12a sustained through the hi-power-output port? or 3.6hrs at 10a through cig output?

        • That is the crucial question!

I'm currently rebuilding an Ebike battery pack.

All cells seems good, all sitting at 4.1v a week later.

But add a 6amp load and they race down to 2.8v in about 1 minute.

'Unfortunately, the seller had to cancel your order due to the following reason: Something was wrong with the buyer's delivery address.'

    No there wasn't.

  • +3

My order was just cancelled, "Unfortunately, the seller had to cancel your order due to the following reason: Something was wrong with the buyer's delivery address."
Nothing wrong with my address, definitely pricing error.

Back in business boys. 5x 12V 200AH lithium batteries for $~464.75 here we come.

    • -5

Please don't list any more good deals from their store. Theres 100% chance the item will get cancelled if 100 ozbargainers suddenly buy the same item at the same time.

      • Lol, when I added the 5x batteries to the cart it said "10 sold". After I checked out 30 seconds after…. "100+ sold"

  • +3

When the first order is cancelled, try, try again!
    "This is the way" LoL

  • +1

    Prices are being fixed now

  • 200AH shows up as $93 in ths search page but when I click the product link it changes to $599 :(

    • It just went out about 10 minutes ago while I was in checkout.. 😅

  • +1

ordered few from amazon and one from ebay, lets see.

    • Same here. Waiting for cancellation from both 🙃

      • +1

        got all cancellations

  • +3

Good luck to anyone who manages to get one :) order cancelled "Something was wrong with the buyer's delivery address. " my ass…

    • You don't want kings shit anyway. Noticed they turned reviews off? Yeah for good reason.

It will probably set your house on fire. It's junk.. I wouldn't even trust a swag it would probably collapse at night in wind.

Years ago my mate did a car kit out in king's stuff and it costs him 3 X more to get it installed uninstalled than the products itself after it all shat itself 2 months in.
He then had to pay for Install + cost of proper items.

      • And then you return a faulty item and they only give store credit.

        • Thats why you always buy from amazon if you can

  • +2

I should have bloody chosen the "pick up" option through eBay. Stupid me did the delivery option.

I'm calling up their customer support number now to try and somehow chase that eBay order and pick it up in person. Wish my luck.

    • I did for first (cancelled due to address BS excuse) & now second order, time to wait & see.

    • +1

As an optimist I don't like your chances.

      • +2

As a pessimist, I'm liking my chances ahaha

    • +2

      I did. Still cancelled

      • How long did it take for them to cancel it?? It's been ~25 mins and no cancel yet. Only got an email from eBay saying the order is confirmed.

        • +1

Mine was pretty quickly cancelled - I also selected click and collect… and got the same "Issue with your delivery address" as the reason.

  • +3

Shame it's not a fulfilment by Amazon!

  • +2

Orderd mine through amazon, paid lets see if i get it

    • Moeny has left my account so im guessing its a done deal? Could be wrong

  • Ebay just cancelled

    • When did you put in your order? Was it during the first price fix, or second price fix?

      • 2nd

      • Trying amazon now

  • +3

Ebay order cancelled. 'Something wrong with my delivery address.'
Except my delivery address was PICKUP!

    • same, mine was pickup and I got the same message

  • Dang, missed out, sometimes a few people get their orders while most are cancelled and refunded

    • +4

not with kings, they scrutinize every order

  • +2

Refundeddd NOOOOOO. My 5x batteries :'(

    • Were you going for a 60V system or 1000Ah?

      • I'm not that savy on battery systems… but since I've got so much excess solar (average of ~13kWH exported per day) I was trying to get a 12V 1000AH battery bank by the side of the house and using off the shelf carravan chargers, inverters, and power boards to run shit like my AC, air fryer, and gaming computer at night. But only worth it if I can get that battery array for under $500 lol.

And I don't have to deal with a custom BMS + chargers either. A few workshop battery chargers straight into the array and it should be all goods.

That way it should all be legal as it's extra low voltage with off the shelf parts, and doesn't tap into the mains at all.

        • I’m not super knowledgeable about them either, but I know low voltage requires a lot thicker wiring (because it will be higher amps for the same amount of power). If you won’t have long cable runs it would probably be ok. I’m sure there are other pros and cons of using 12V. Have you got inverters already? Powerful enough to run your AC? I ran my fridge for 24hrs off my 100Ah LiFePo4 battery + an inverter when the power was scheduled to be down. That was handy.

About to lose their job for a wrong low price ….. kept job after they worked out to blame delivery address!!

    • +2

If they cancel a lot of orders due seller error it will affect their seller ranking algorithm on eBay.

If they blame the buyer it has no impact.

      • +1

        Very shonky of the seller…

        • +1

Common practice and eBay don't care.

          • +1

            @MS Paint:

Common practice and eBay don't care

pretty much sums up eBay's attitudes to all dodgy practises. from Chinese drop shippers claiming products in Australia, to fake tracking #'s, to swapping out products for cheaper ones (claiming no stock yet the listing stays up). eBay are a disgrace.and Amazon are getting that way too.

      • +1

        Isn't it common knowlege that:

        1. If buyer is returning shit… of course the selected option is "arrived damaged", "defective item", or "item is not as described".

        BUTTTTT…

        1. If seller is cancelling 10/10 times it's "buyer asked to cancel", or "problem with delivery address".

Seller and buyers are constantly taking hits at eachother to not get a strike on accounts lol.

        • +1

I’ve had “sorry the parts failed QA, we can send part of the order or give you a refund”

        • What happens when the seller asks you to cancel the order for a refund (as clearly they sold you something they don't have), but you don't cancel…

I bought the solar TV off eBay a couple of months back…drop shipper…I haven't cancelled…
