        Crap. Didn't even know that $2 came out of the My Rewards during payment as only signed up to it when doing this transaction only.

        The above term could be read as cashback not eligible on the reward amount only or no cashback at all for the transaction if you used any rewards/lenovo credits.

      i doubt much folks going to have issue with the brightness, but that 45% ntsc will be the dealbreaker for some.

        45% NTSC is very low. IMO never cheap out on the screen, especially on a laptop.

          The exception being if it's going to spend most of it's time docked to a monitor anyway, and your rarely using it as a second screen.

          But, it's a deal breaker for me unfortunately.

      this should manage 1080p and medium settings well

      Yep, the stock ssd is a 2242 one but the secondary slot is a standard 2280 one running at the full 4.0x4 bandwidth.

      The keyboard, TrackPoint and touchpad are small weak points, but only when you set other competing ThinkPads as the benchmark.

      The laptop appears slimmer than its actual 21 millimeters. It is also almost impossible to twist or bend, and this is particularly noticeable with the display, especially if you conveniently have a model with a plastic frame to compare it to.

    please TA can we have a deal on a laptop with half decent screen. 100% sRGB at least

    we shouldn't finance PC manufacturers trickery of putting low grade panels into laptops.

    our phones can do P3 color space yet laptops drag their heels and smack us with 45% NTSC in the face and we take it as all good

    cost difference between sh&t panels and decent 100% sRGB is minimal. it's about time we see good screens in laptops at least $800 and up

      Holy grail would be good screen, SODIMM rather than soldered RAM, upgradeability of components (SSD, RAM, wifi). This has most except for the screen.

      The product that you have purchased will be shipped from our local warehouse. As I checked, the stock of the product is still in transit and is expected to be delivered to our warehouse on 21st November.
      The product will be shipped out to you from our warehouse in 1-2 business days after we have received the stock.

      Looks like we wont have the item until close to the end of the month :(
