Nah, the QLD E-Mobility Rebate Scheme was only for new devices and closed on 25 October 2024 as scheme funds were fully allocated.

Beem's brisbane contract cancelled because they did you know what.
But from the link…"Lovingly refurbished". Such a nice company. Wait for the price drop.That did they do in Brisbane?
Cancelled for fraud there, and also in other cities; operating extra ghost scooters that weren't declared and more than they were permitted to so they didn't pay fees on them - in the order of 500 extra in Brisbane. Their response was that it was "accidental"….
Yet the council is still allowing them to operate until they can work out an exit strategy for them even though they cancelled the contract on Aug 30. Beam scooters are all through Herston and Newmarket today. Powered up and ready to hire
why do you expect a price drop?
They're being forced out of Brisbane, that's 1,000s of surplus bikes. Plus they have to remove the "oops extras I didn't think you'd find out" they have elsewhere.
Serves them right.

Drive off like regular escooter. It will be de-registered from the fleet.
