Interesting the receipt shows the full price of the items but there is $269.47 promotion discount. $42.90 debited from my account so hopefully no surprises.

Yes, i was fully refunded the subsitute items by going through the help process and selecting "not happy with replacement items"
I had this problem with a Harris Farm order once when things were discounted + I had a $30 off grocery order promo as well. Final bill blew out because they substituted and charged full price. I disputed it but it took a lot of back and forth. So now always make sure to select refund if unavailable. What's weird though is the shopping was completed almost instantly, I was still in the process of making selections when I got the notification. So hopefully no surprises. If I get charged any more than stated, I will dispute with bank.

They didn’t fully complete the order and some items were not packed. I had to manually check it and reported on Uber Eats saying I didn’t receive them
At least 5 items were not packed but luckily the refund was automated

@grack: I said I don't like the brand of the replaced chips and that I wasn't notified of the replacement. Also I'm actually allergic to the liquorice in the replaced chocolate. So I can't consume any of the replaced items.
