Benefits of what? Wearing cotton? Everybody knows that cotton the best to wear long term when resting and lounging around, etc.
The thing is cotton isn't really the best for sports clothing, and neither is wool.

34% poly makes a great all rounder. You get the benefits of synthetics in terms of smell and quick dry, and the comfort of cotton
