As part of the current AliExpress Choice Sale I reached out to TopCashback to see if they had anything planned and they've decided to increase their rate to 12% with a $30 cap per transaction making it the highest rate for existing users.

This offer is valid from 6pm AEDT tonight until 5:59pm AEDT tomorrow.

Please ensure that the products you want to buy are affiliated by using the link checker. It's very important that you confirm your order as received within 90 days of ordering to be eligible for cashback. Please note some orders may automatically mark themselves as received once the tracking is marked as delivered.

If the product is affiliated it will work with AliExpress Coupons, Store Coupons and AliExpress Coins.

Cashback terms and exclusions

      That doesn't make any sense. I've had large transactions track and payout successfully. Since September I've already been paid $650.

      Since you feel the need to spam it on the other cashback providers and posts it's obviously a you issue. I bet you're using adblock or honey.

        read it again. Its tracking. but it just shows $0, Ive been using cashback sites for like ten years bud. I know how to do it. Also it just crashes when you try to submit a claim, havnt tried on another device yet.

          Sounds like you're buying something that's ineligible in the terms. Any examples?

          Is the claim crashing for all 3 cashback providers? Probably best to try another device or contacting their reps before plastering all the cashback deals

            @Clear: Topcashback often have issues however they are generally quick to sort it out. It does get frustrating, every other internet page works, but "this page isnt working" once you hit the start a claim button. I will try to be more patient tho and contact them first.

      Sorry to hear. When you say "the others", do you mean ShopBack only? May I ask what happened with TopCashback recently? Just wondering if you contacted the new rep tightarse (ex-Cashrewards rep). He is very helpful and responsive unlike ShopBack.

      I use all 3 cashback providers. However I don't have 100% tracking success even though I don't have ad blockers, VPN etc. Had 3 missing cashback claims with TopCashback which have all been paid. My experience of TopCashback is that the service, tracking and offers have improved since the new rep tightarse joined in May. Hope your issues with TopCashback can be resolved.

        Shopback owe me quite a bit. I ended up closing my account . Cashrewards and Topcashback have been going ok. I generally go to topcashback first, They miss stuff but they have fixed everything up until the last month, i will have to chase up when the claim page loads for me.

      Coupons are the same amount, possibly just slightly slower threshold (e.g. $200 spend vs $230 spend for current voucher)

        Slightly lower in the 11.11 sale or slightly better? Cashback seems to be a bit more, as I am pretty sure its usually 8-11% on aliexpress but with many stores offering discounts. Bought something expensive last night but I think its something likely won't be discounted anyway.

    Can you use the app and still get cash back? And does it work if you already have many items in the cart and checkout or do you only get tcash back for anything you add to cart after entering via TopCashback? Thanks

      Yep TCB app to AliExpress app is fine. For the cart I think it's safe if you add everything to the cart just before clicking through. That way it hasn't been in your cart for days/weeks and it'll register.

    I’d advise against using topcashback for Aliexpress. My last purchase from early October never tracked (first time it hasn’t tracked with any cashback provider) and I submitted a ticket two weeks ago that’s still waiting for review.

    (And yes both products were affiliated products, total spend a bit over $500)

      @johnnytran My AliExpress purchase at TopCashback didn't track for the first time in the September offers. Had used Cashrewards and TopCashback previously without issues. I submitted the missing claims for the 5 items. TopCashback asked for the receipts and then paid the cashback. Took about 3.5 weeks to be resolved but it may not always be that quick.

      As Clear mentioned, please wait a bit longer to hear from them. I had 2 missing cashback claims (first time also) with TopCashback last year which took about 2 months to be paid. Apart from the automated email reply when the claims were submitted, there wasn't any communication in the 2 months until the cashback was paid.

        How long did it take for them to ask you for the receipts? I've been waiting over 2 weeks and the status of my claim is "waiting for review" which to me it sounds like no one has even looked at it yet. I don't mind waiting, as long as i know there's progress on it

          They asked for the receipts after about 2 weeks. They didn't ask for the receipts with the other 2 claims last year (not AliExpress though).

          They are probably waiting for AliExpress to review your order and approve the payment. TopCashback doesn't add the tracking manually for the missing claims unlike Cashrewards and ShopBack. After the cashback has been paid, the purchases do show up under earnngs.

        I always try to seperate but with the coupon codes you need large orders and if one isnt planned its usually lots of smaller items ive been needing, so hard to separate.

    I only use Chrome mobile browser in my android phone for cashback transactions. Never fail for TopCashback and Cashrewards.

    If the cashback increase during Single day, it may take longer time for the goods to arrive and it's very small cashback difference for my tiny transaction under USD 30 (after $3 coupon that has eliminated the GST).

    I did the transaction while I am still on the beach 😎. It can be done anywhere with internet access and mobile phone/tablet/laptop anyway.

    Tracked here very quickly and efficiently. All the items track as individual cashbacks, so I take it this means if one was cancelled, didnt turn up, was returned, or refunded it won't affect the entire order?

    Typical of Aliexpress now all the coupons work now the cashback is over. They say its a first come first served basis but all the higher ones are working now.
