      I’ll still pass.

They will give you money soon to drive one.

If it was free I'd probably use it but I'd tint the windows very dark so people can't see me and I'd park it front of someone else's house.

        lol what do you drive?

Waiting for the inevitable Tiggo 7 Pro Plus Max

    • +2

I hear the Tiggo 8 will have slightly better cameras.

    • +1

Nah, they only come with Pro, Pro Max or Plus. The Pro ones come with an extra camera 😄

Wait for the SE, you can drive it with just one hand.

  • I accidentally googled 'tuggo 7 pro reviews'. I suggest you don't do the same especially if you're at work.

Nothing seedy came up, your search results are probably based on your questionable search history.

It is not manual transmission, no clutch pedal. I will pass.

Our advantage is that delivered stock cannot be re-diverted to another country.
If it doesn’t sell, companies must discount it heavily or face belly up with unsold items.
MG’s price drop on the MG4 shows this, they need to clear old stock to bring in new.
New EV players are also pressuring traditional car makers, as prices have risen since COVID, but quality hasn’t kept up.
It is a win-win for us, we win, and we win again, twice. We welcome all inventory dumping, just be sure to price it low.
Almost $40k for a Corolla? That is outrageous, what are they thinking?

    • +2

Yeah I remember mid 2000s that low end ICE cars were getting so cheap.

You'd often see brand new Hyundai/Mazda/Mitsubishi for $11-13k.

Now it's all quadrupled or the low end models are straight up no longer produced.

      A Honda Civic for $50k.

    • +3

Exactly. Prices got so jacked up during COVID that they need some external influence to bring them back down. Its kinda working because new 2025 Toyota models pricing hasn't increased but stayed the same which indicates they are at the maximum the market can bare. Discounting from Chinese brands will have to see prices drops across the board.

Unleaded 95 RON or higher if anyone considering.
I don't like pushing small petrol engines to max with turbos, this has 137kw/265Nm. How would be the durability ?

  • +1

How did this get tagged with travel

    • +2

Because if the person behind the steering wheel is a sovereign citizen then they are travelling, not driving.

  • How can a SUV only have 1.6L engine?

is this 4WD and have enough power to go offroading on Fraser Island?

    • +3

People buy SUVs, as JC so eloquently put it all these years ago, "because their driveways occasionally have leaves on it"

  • I might suffer a bit of cognitive dissonance as a result of this, but you can pry internal combustion from my cold dead hands.
