If this is the official Keychron Aus site, then it looks like then RGB Backlight version is Hot-Swappable
Should be that there is a hot-swappable version and a non-hot-swappable version.
Reading the reviews from amazon, seems this model quality is a bit hit & miss, unlike their more expensive models, lots getting stuck keys or double typing just after few weeks of use.
This is just due to the switch. Just pull the switch out, open up both halves and give it a bit of lube. If you don't want to bother with lubing, just replace the switch with a new one, or swap it around with the switch from some other key that you never use.
