Xiaomi Portable Air Compressor 2 $43.13 Delivered @ Xiaomi ANZ eBay

590
KSTART10XANZ1022

Good price for local AU stock (with both coupons) on this previously popular portable Air Compressor from Xiaomi. While the previous deals from AliExpress were a tad cheaper they've since gone up in price making this the best price in a long time.

This is a small battery powered air compressor designed for pumping up smaller tyres like those found on bikes, e-scooters and mobility scooters etc. This isn't suitable for filling up car tyres quickly or from completely flat due to the small size/power. Instead get a bigger compressor, like those that run of the car's 12-24V socket.

This one goes up 150 PSI, can be set to PSI/BAR, includes multiple adapters, has USB-C charging and an inbuilt light.

To fill up air mattresses, paddleboards, beach balls etc. you need a special adapter since this is a compressor.

Note: Xiaomi ANZ are the new official Xiaomi distributor in Australia after Panmi went under. JB Hi-Fi and other resellers currently source from Xiaomi ANZ (New Legend Australia Pty Ltd).

  • I hope they get the Mi Pad 7 when it comes out. It's good to know they're the official distributor.

  • If someone is really wanting these at this price, you can use the new member promotion to pay ~$43 AUD from aliexpress.

A$49.29 with tax. It would seem that there's now an even better Pro 2 that should handle car tyres a lot better.

        • You're right. AU$45.24.

          • @Clear: My bad didnt have an account to see final price was just ballparking gst

        • Price depends on your login

          • @superforever: Depends on the individual store

            • @GrumpyGandalf: I found that even the same store, the price still difference, like the price with private tab is not the same after I logged in, even with difference login, some bought something recently, some didn't.

      • The Pro looks to be available on Ali but the system won't let me paste the link. About 90aud.

Yep it's on the listing I shared and others. I'll be waiting to see how low it goes in the Singles' Day sale.

@Clear: Shame they went out of stock I would have grabbed one, AUS stock plus I don't have any email addresses left for AliExpress anyway

Some nice upgrades, but still missing the glaring one that makes it not that great for dealing with a proper leaking tyre. They really need to find a way to add 12v power so you can't end up stuck waiting for it to charge back up (you can't use it while it is charging via USB-C).

      • The Pro 2 looks like quite an improvement..

According to the comparison table further down , can inflate a car tyre from flat to 36psi in 3.5 minutes (compared to 8 mins with the 2)

I have one of the 2, it is a great compressor. Highly recommend. The battery last ages. Great for bikes and topping up car tyres. Just set the pressure and press the button, it will stop at the correct pressure.

  • Dang just bought the Ugreen version for $59 last week. Oh well, I do like the fact that the Ugreen hose is "hidden" inside the body so it's easier to store when not in use.

  • Weight-weenies need not purchase the pump

  • I'm looking for an air pump to take camping for blow up mattresses. Does anyone have a recommendation on a product? It doesn't look like there's suitable attachment for air mattresses with this.

I've used this in the past, however on a multi-day trip (using it every evening) it only lasted 2x nights of 2x mattresses and charging took hours via Ciggarette lighter.

    • An air compressor like this isn't the right tool for inflating an air mattress. It's designed for low volume and high pressure, whereas you want high volume at a relatively lower pressure. Maybe you need one that runs off the 12V or even a manual pump (but the manual ones are a nightmare).
