      Depends who you speak to at JB - a couple I've spoken to have acknowledged Mobileciti as a genuine retailer while some I haven't had luck with

    We have a MuscleMat style memory foam kinda rug, would this be able to climb up on to this it's maybe 3-4cm height wise

      It once climbed onto the legs of a rocker chair and got stuck haha, the leg was maybe about the same height 3cms or so.

    Anyone got this and can comment on navigation speed. Saw a review from vacuum wars website stating it took a lot longer to clean…

    "It took about 60 minutes to vacuum and mop a 330-square-foot area, compared to 36 minutes for the previous Q Revo model and 38 minutes for the S8. The reason for the new model’s slower performance remains unclear despite double-checking all its settings."

      Mine was much faster than the older robot that I had. I spent probably 40minutes after it completed initial mapping to set no go zones and separate rooms and hallways that were mistakenly merged by its own algorithm (hallway leading into a bathroom recognised as a single room etc.

      It does a 5 room upper floor with big shared rumpus in about an hr.

      It's never had any issues with it's pathing even when stuff gets moved around and it's pretty damn fast, does edges first and then does quick passes in a single axis.

      It doesn't change it's pathing or randomly slow down, the only reason that might happen is if for some reason the map doesn't get loaded properly or wrong settings/setup. It's much better in terms of suction and the mopping is ridiculous on our timber floors (cats).

      Depends on amount and type of cleaning needed or setup during a run. I got a new one and so far 2 runs on AI SmartPlan (Vacuum + Mop) setting has taken 104 mins for 88sm² area. Includes heavier cleaning for kitchen area twice. I think that's faster than when I was doing it manually.

    A review I read said no laser for obstacle avoidance. I like the look of this and my old xiaomi original is still growing well but how long can it last. Mopping would be handy.

    I've got one of these, although no point of comparison for any other robot vac. It's truly a set & forget, once or twice a week I'll have to untangle it from my phone charger, other than that, if you're setting the mop frequency for twice a week. I'm changing the Vac bag every ~3-4 weeks & the water every 2-3 weeks.

    It's cleaning up after my german shep & going strong for the last 6 months or so, haven't had to vacuum since I bought it
