    Also - for 90% hardfloors is the maxv more suction or better mop mode as well?

      MaxV has better obstacle avoidance; AFAICT that was its main thing. The non-MaxV is good at not running into things, but not good at avoiding cables and socks in particular.

        I bought the QRevo MaxV from the last Good Guys deal.
        Mopping is great, vaccum is ok, but still gets cables tangled into the wheels…
        You can get around by setting no-go zones or cleaning up cables beforehand, but I'm just pointing out that obstacle avoidance is still not great with Roborock, and many reviewers say the same.

            @jonohaha: They have a camera (you can make pet calls and live video feed with it), lidar, light sensors, AI, etc. They recognise items/cables occasionally but not all the time.

            Hopefully, firmware/software updates can improve the function.
            But with new models coming out every second week, I doubt they have enough resources to keep every model up to date…

            For now, if you can ignore that function, it works great.

    What is Empty Wash Dock?
    Is it just a charger or something else?

      I assume that means the dock that empties the dustbin and washes the mops automatically. I believe it dries the mop as well.

    Anyone have luck with JB price matching?
    I got stuck with JB GCs from last wkends sale, bought the cards then they went OOS.
    Online chats says they don't match codes

      JB does not match the code, I tried chat and phone, but TGG was willing to do it via phone.

      Same thing, I am also stuck with JB gift card.

      What is everyone opinon on the gold service from TGG, is it worth getting? other than getting price guarantee protection again black friday
