            @OutOfTime: I actually think the issue here is EM. I’ve had issues with all 3 cashback providers using EM.

            It’s a brand new marketplace, and the IT department is useless!

                  @Luitturino: Yep, after 7 days I could submit a claim. EDM seems to track in less than an hour, so if your order doesn't track within 48hrs, I 100% recommend cancelling the order altogether.

                  The fact mine is well beyond the due date gives me little hope it will work out. I had support follow up and got the following reply (after 4 months of manually claiming, they're still waiting to hear back approval…)

                  After having a look at the transaction status, I can see that it's still pending approval in the store's system. As this transaction was initially not tracked into our system, our team has contacted the store to rectify this and we are still waiting for an update from the store.

                  Please note that any transaction that we query with the store can take additional 30-90 days to resolve. Kindly disregard the Estimated Approval time frame listed against this transaction as this does not apply when querying a transaction with a store. We're hoping that the store will resolve this query soon.

    Guys I have a question. Has cashrewards ever not paying you even when the order is tracked? Just to be sure when the transaction is pending in the app means it’s tracking right? I don’t wanna gamble with these cashback that’s one of the reason why i never use them. But I’ve been waiting for a deal for too long now.

    Does Cashrewards factor in the GST?
    TCB / SB do despite the terms, and i'm curious if my manual claim was the wrong amount…

    If you're looking at Mydeal items, be sure to compare with the Mydeal site. It seems to only affect Woolworths Marketplace and not BigW Marketplace - looks a bit dodgy given the cashback offers.

    A lot of Mydeal items appear to be more expensive than through Mydeal directly often wiping out any benefit of the cashback.
