    You probably can’t find new old Pros for sale, even if you could they would probably cost more then the new Air.

    The new Pro is vastly more expensive.

    The value equation doesn’t work out for the Pro compared to the Air in my opinion unless cost is not a consideration or there is a professional requirement.
