        I called them and explained. They didn't accept. They said coupon should be used to get the deal! I said coupon was released today. But JB said unfortunately we cannot do refund if coupon not used!

        My previous experience with price matching and using perks is that it didn't work for online but did work instore…….

        From memory, they just reduced item price to match at checkout then just use perks…

    Seems like they have jacked the price on a number of items, the bastards. Have been eyeing off the Sony X90L 98" TV usually at $7k. They have jacked the price to $10k. As this is a coupon code, I wonder if we can price match online and enter the coupon at checkout.

      Not 100% sure it will work but try price matching instore and scan your code at counter. Maybe someone from JB can confirm this.

        I assumed they will do the price match via their system. If this is the case, since the price has been amended from the original price, the customers are unable to use the discount code. But it just purely my assumption.

      Yes price match plus coupon works. The key is to get lowest displayed price through chat. They give you a cart url which expires at 11:59pm same say. Use coupon on that cart. I tried it with Q Revo but couldn't get them to match TGG lowest price after their 20% discount.

    Went to JB hifi Caroline springs yesterday. Asked to price match then showed him my coupon. Just said either the price match or coupon.

    Then I went to another JB in hoppers. I was able to price match + use the coupon
