Everyday Mobile Prepaid Plan 30-Day 22GB $12.50 (Everyday Rewards Membership Required) + $5.50 Cashrewards Cashback @ Everyday

240

Sim swap plans have been getting fewer and dearer in the last few days/ months. Came across this - Woolies has 1/2 price 30 day plans - plus you can get the 10% off grocery upto $50. I know the 10% off grocery has taken longer to kick in in the past, anyone has experience with the revamped plans? Either ways, hopefully it will pay for itself and the CR is a nice extra bonus making it $7 for $22 GB - plus potential grocery discount. Can’t find anything better than this at the moment.

Also included unlimited international text and calling to 22 countries.

I have bit the bullet and hope CR tracks, but also $4 at SB if anyone prefers.

Hope this helped some of us !

I haven’t tried this exact same combination personally, but haven’t had troubles porting across MVNO’s from same operator - hope it hasn’t changed much in the recent times. Can someone who has tried this help confirm?

Takes about 40 days for the discounts to kick in. But you only get 2 times to use the discount unless you recharge.

Does that ~40 days later mean you still get the supermarket discount even though the 30 day plan has expired?

      • Last time I used the Woolies plan, I was able to get the discount once, without having to recharge. The app has a page where you can keep checking if the 10% discount has come through - it suggests 45 days after activation.

I have been with the previous brand Woolworths Mobile years ago. I still got the shopping offer with the expired service. I think it may last for three times of 10% off as the expired service will be disconnected after 90 days with no recharge. This strategy probably still works and only suits someone using multiple SIMs.

      • I think my 2 months discount fell between the period before the service got disconnected.

Something for nothing - I ordered the eSIM and was activated instantly (no porting - got new number). Plus, my cashback has also tracked - all looking good so far. Will have to wait 90 days to see if the cashback really comes through. 🤞

  • Pity it is online only. I need a regular SIM before Tuesday and this would have been good. Thumbs up for the post.

Hope someone comes back and lets us know if they get the 10% off with no recharge.
