This Añejo is a private recipe refined over many generations by an artisan distilling family in Amatitán.

Aged for 18 months in the finest Napa Cabernet French White Oak barrels. Refined, elegant and expressive – hints of fruit, mingled with oak, touches of vanilla and a bit of spice.

    But assume bottle content quality is secondary to the novelty of owning band brand hooch.

      Thanks for the best wishes! The days of poor quality booze with a band 'sticker' on it are over (thank goodness). Several of our imports are owned by the artist/band themselves (including the George Strait Anejo) and they have put a lot of investment behind the quality of the juice. We love the niche products and are proud to bring them over to Australia. Cheers!

        You’ll quickly realise there are some members with various degrees of retardation and bordering on the spectrum - myself included as evidenced in my post above.

        Towels has repeated the same question on another alcohol post relating to scotch.

        Apparently to some, whiskey is not measured on quality or the distillery but on the number of malts - single, double, blended.

        If the spirit is tequila, vodka or metho there may be an ask to provide the number of malts as it’s a very important metric.

        You’ve chosen to engage with posters so you get my tick of approval. Will look out for more of your bargains.

      Well…Frenzal Rhomb sold out their release in four days…so they're relevant enough for us!

      We own our own vodka distillery…Ciroc was never on the menu for Groglords.

    I have bought Dozens of the Codigo Anejo before and opened them at many celebrations and they always impressed the crowd. One of the best Tequilas I ever tasted and it is 100% pure agave with no artificial flavours or sweeteners the brand name is Codigo used to be owned by George Straight bought by Pernod Ricard in 2022. I have purchase before form Groglords they had the George Strait Extra Anejo ( Origen) on special and I bought 3 and I am very pleased of their products and service.
