    • This SKU is below the problematic ones, they issues are for the higher tier that run at much higher wattages.

    • Well, there hasn't been any new since August, and no news is good news. Unfortunately the bug physically damaged the CPUs so affected people will have to RMA their CPUs. I trust that luketechfast has applyed the necessary fix, so we won't have to deal with it?

  • I have a 5900x with a 6900xt but looking for a itx build, is the 12400f and 4060 sufficient enough for 4k 144hz gaming? Not playing anything intensive though

Anyone know the dimensions of the Pcie slot? Incase I want to use my 6900xt

    • +1

The 4060 is not sufficient for 4K/144hz.

  • will be the ITX build with 4060 suitable for living room gaming? have a lg c1 which is 4k 120hz tv, understand it won't run 4k but thought it should still look good even in FHD in medium-lower sittings?

    • +1

From what ive seen its a good 1440p 60-80fps card

    • +1

FHD scales well on 4K, most games should be High settings.

  • I don't like "brand/model may vary" without listing what brand/models maybe used.

    • That just means lower level brand, thats it,the price is good, the price is pretty clear, either you get good brand with higher price or ok brand with lower price

    • It's a variety of components available to the OEM at the lowest price to make this offer, this is the same as a pre-built from Dell/HP.

  • +1

Nebula 4070 TI build or this one?

  • What is this brand (Maxsun Challenger H610 ITX motherboard) and also is it comparable "quality" to what Gigabyte? are all these m/b made in same factory?? just rebadged to OEM specs?

  • I asked this once before but the PC snobs poo-poo'd the question. What would be the best value rig I can get that lets me solidly play VR games?

    • +2

4070 super pc with any modern cpu is perfect for 2024 VR; the $1988 build is very good value for what you need.

  • What does ITX build mean? And which one is faster for casual gaming? ITX build or Intel Core i5-12400F | RTX 4060 Gaming PC?

    • ITX is just another case form factor—in this case, is the smallest form factor. Since they pretty much house the same parts, it should perform more or less the same compared to the Core i5-12400F | RTX 4060 Gaming PC.

  • too late for the party, while i am doing research and the itx build is sold out, @luketechfast - will there be more units added in the coming days?

  • Damn just got home, saw the ITX build went to go and put it in the cart looks like it's already sold out that was quick…..

  • +1

Hi Luke, I bought one from you which was great!

Do you also sell office desktops? just remove the video card and put a 12400 or 5600G etc?

  • So just to be clear, Intel Core i5-12400F | RTX 4060 Gaming PC doesn't support Wi-Fi by default and I have to purchase external adapter?

    • That is correct, they are offered under the networking section

  • Is the 400 watt power supply really powerful enough for a 4060.

    • 4060 is a 115w card

  • That case is giving me Lian Li vibes.

  • @luketechfast weird question but is there any chance I could get the itx case and 4060 by themselves from you guys?

    • Unfortunately not mate

  • How long are people waiting for orders/delivery?

Put through an order this time last week and it's still in 'order placed' status. Hope it's not too long

    • 10-14 business days of lead time fore dispatch at this stage for these.

  • +2

@luketechfast Any MSI promotion PC deals?

  • damn that ITX pc went quick!!

  • @luketechfast If I order now, would you be happy to delay the dispatch until early Dec? Thank you.

    • Shouldnt be an issue, please reach out to the team at [email protected] and they can assist

    • If that's the case why can't you wait a few more weeks? Surely there will be a better deal by black Friday.

  • +1

    @luketechfast two questions:
    1. For the highend deal, is there way to not use Credit Card?
    2. Can the deal name from invoice to be more tax return friendly, such as: work station instead of gaming pc? Consider, I would use RTX 4080 for model training

    • Just edit the "gaming" from the PDF invoice

    • Card payment is the only option available on ozb deals, and you can reach out to [email protected] regarding your request and the team will be able to assist.

  • Bought the 4060 itx deal a few months back when it was $808 I absolutely love it. I've had no issues with it been using it for gaming and watching movies in our home theatre. I would definitely but from techfast again.

I would love to get the 4070 ti super one day maybe next year. What are the dimension of the case?

  • I wonder how many 3.5” HDDs each of those support (ports) and can accommodate.

  • Why is the shipping for the 12400F model so much higher than the 5500? Was looking at postage to the NT, the 12400F is $60 more

    • It would be because they have different default case options, with different box dimensions.

  • Interested on the ITX but oos. Any chance of restocking? Is the dimensions of the ITX case in your website correct, so roughly around 7L?

  • Code 17400F-4080-BFCM doesn't work.

  • PC's are goong to need to get more efficient in power draw if theyre going to survive. They cant keep drawing more and more.

    Maybe ARm will solve this

    • Not sure what you mean - they have already got thousands and thousands of times more efficient - the performance per watt is the highest it's ever been.

      • I guess i mean how much they draw - obviously fidelity/resolution and wow particles have gone up at a disproportionate level - so I agree, on they performance per watt - no doubt

But so has the cost of electricity - some beast builds will draw close to 1000w soon enough 🤔

        1kw gaming rig is mental

*** of course that's max draw but still
